Job Summary
We are in need of a skilled female caregiver for our client located in San Francisco, Outer Mission area near Daly City Bart.
Client has mild dementia, lives with her son who work during the day. She will need shopping and housekeeping. Church on Saturdays. There is a dog and cat in the home. Driving is a requirement.
Schedule is 5-6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, 4 hours, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday is 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Other requirements: HCA Registration, recent TB Test, SSN
Position begins ASAP, unfortunately due to the personal nature of care, the client will not be comfortable with a male caregiver.
Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs),
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to support overall health.
- Document patient care activities daily
- Support clients during community outings or errands to promote independence and social engagement.
Experience
- Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home settings, or long-term care environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other cognitive impairment.
- Current HCA Registration and TB Test required
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
