They’re seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on bridge and heavy civil projects throughout the region. This is a growth-driven role where you’ll take ownership of on-site execution, safety, scheduling, and team coordination—ensuring projects are delivered with precision and pride.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead daily field operations for bridge, roadway, and civil infrastructure projects.
Manage crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to maintain schedules and resolve challenges.
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Track job costs, monitor budgets, and maintain accurate progress reporting.
Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety-first culture on every jobsite.
Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project flow.
Travel to project sites across Colorado as needed.
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in bridge or heavy civil construction.
Proven experience delivering DOT and City/County projects.
Strong knowledge of bridge construction methods, concrete structures, and roadway work.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Understanding of job cost tracking and project budgets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Safety-oriented mindset with a positive, team-driven attitude.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
