We are seeking motivated and skilled medical assistants to join our growing pediatric practice. This would be a hybrid position where the best candidate would be able to fulfill both administrative and clinical roles when necessary.
Qualifications include:
- Ability to develop rapport with patients and families
- Capable of working safely in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Pediatric experience preferred, but willing to train
- Aptitude for electronic medical records
Responsibilities include:
- Administering immunizations, injections
- Assisting with procedures and treatments
- Assessment of patient status during phone or face-to-face encounters
- Precise data entry and record keeping
- Supporting and educating patients and families
- Answering Phones, Scheduling Patients, Insurance Verification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
