Stating salary can be higher with experience. General Managers are also eligible for a Period Bonus based on set goals.
General Manages oversee in-store operations and back of the house paperwork. GMs must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an General Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.
General Manager's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Completing morning prep
- Managing busy rushes
- Hiring and training new employees
- Completing weekly inventory and paperwork audits
Requirements, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work a ~50 hours a week
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
Compensation:
- Eligible for monthly bonuses

- Two week (10 day) of paid time off during the two year of employment. Bumps to 12 and 15 days at 3 and 5 years, respectively.
