What You'll Do
As an Assistant manager, you'll play a key role in growing memberships, supporting daily operations, and creating an outstanding experience for every guest.
Sales & Membership Growth
- Drive membership sales and achieve monthly revenue goals.
- Build relationships with prospective members through tours, follow-up calls, and personalized recommendations
- Promote birthday parties, camps, and special events.
- Identify opportunities to upsell memberships, programs and retail products.
- Resolve membership questions and retain existing members through exceptional service
- Focus on customer retention through outstanding experience, reporting and customer service.
Leadership & Operations
- Train, coach, motivate, and mentor team members and meet customer service and sales expectations.
- Schedule employees and maintain accurate class and event calendars.
- Ensure the gym remains clean, organized, safe and welcoming.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Uphold company policies and lead by example through Conquer's culture pillars of growth, integrity, humility, courage, commitment, perseverance, and wisdom.
- Meet regularly with gym management to review goals, performance, and business initiatives.
- Assist with additional operational responsibilities as needed.
Coaching & Guest Experience
- Coach Ninja classes for children and adults.
- Host memorable birthday parties and special events.
- Create an encouraging, energetic, environment where every guest feels successful and supported.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
- Outgoing, positive personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Leadership skills and the abitly to inspire a team.
- Passion for working with children ages 5 and older.
- Flexible availability
Preferred Qualifications
- Business or marketing degree
- Sales, business development, or membership sales experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Experience in fitness, recreation, hospitality or retail environments

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
