Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Duties
- Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, pool, preventative maintenance of rooms, equipment, or systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Fabricate parts or tools as needed
- Assist with facilities maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Paint residential units as required
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
Experience & Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Ability to maintain equipment and facilities efficiently
- Familiarity with CMMS for maintenance tracking
- Knowledge of schematics and logic controllers
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Leadership skills for guiding maintenance projects
- Welding experience for repairs and fabrication
