About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a range of mental health conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches in the field of geriatric mental health
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
