Community Marketing Manager
Home Services | Full-Time | In-Person | Salary + Bonus | Reports to Director of Marketing
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven, community-minded Community Marketing Manager to own our grassroots presence and field marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of brand, community, and operations — responsible for everything from planning events and managing sponsorships to overseeing our call center team, physical marketing materials, and AI-powered communications. You will be the face of our brand in the community while keeping our marketing engine running behind the scenes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Marketing & Community Events
- Plan, coordinate, and manage local events, sponsorships, and community activations
- Represent the company at HOA meetings, neighborhood events, and community gatherings
- Manage BNI membership and attendance, building referral relationships on behalf of the organization
- Identify and pursue new sponsorship and partnership opportunities in the local market
Communications & Lead Management
- Create and manage multi-channel outreach sequences across email, SMS, and direct mail
- Oversee AI-driven communication workflows, ensuring quality, relevance, and compliance
- Conduct regular audits of phone calls, texts, and lead response times to maintain quality standards
- Monitor and optimize lead follow-up processes in coordination with the sales team
Operations & Materials
- Oversee call center operations, ensuring performance standards and team accountability are maintained
- Create and maintain an inventory of physical marketing materials including coloring books, stuffed animals, yard signs, and business cards
- Coordinate reorder, distribution, and tracking of all physical collateral
Social Media & Content
- Capture and create on-the-ground social media content at events, job sites, and community touchpoints
- Publish timely, authentic content that reflects the brand's presence in the local community
- Collaborate with any internal or external creative resources on content strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, field marketing, or a related role
- Experience in home services, real estate, or a service-based industry strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable on camera and in community-facing settings — this is a high-visibility role
- Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, Podium, or similar)
- Basic understanding of AI communication tools and automation workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation — local travel required
WHAT WE OFFER
- Base salary of $50,000–$70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level
- Performance-based bonus on top of base salary — bonus range varies based on skill level and results
