Position Summary
Prime Path ABA is actively hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in Pueblo West, CO 81007, and surrounding areas. Services are provided in home and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This is a part-time position with consistent afternoon hours and strong clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Maintain professional communication with families and the clinical team
- Follow HIPAA requirements and ethical guidelines
- Attend supervision and team meetings as required
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- Current CPR certification required
- Previous experience working with children with autism preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Schedule
- Part-time
- Monday through Friday
- 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Approximately 15 hours per week
- Consistent assigned case with no overbooking
Compensation and Benefits
- $27–$33 per hour, based on experience
- Paid sick time
- Mileage reimbursement where applicable
- Ongoing BCBA supervision and clinical support
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
