We’re hiring Geotechnical Drilling Technicians and we will train you.

Assist with drilling operations (soil borings, SPT, geoprobe work)

Help set up and break down equipment

Load, move, and maintain tools and materials

Collect and record field data

Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized

Support the drill crew with daily tasks

Strong work ethic and reliability

Willingness to learn—no experience required

Ability to work as part of a team

Mechanical skills are a bonus, not a must

Valid driver’s license

18+ years old

Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly (up to 150 lbs occasionally)

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and terrain

Willing to travel and work extended hours as needed

Able to tow trailers (preferred, not required)

Basic math and communication skills

Pass background check, MVR, physical, and drug screen
