Skill Requirements:
1: 2 Years Sales experience (Willing to train the right candidate)
2: Read and understand basic prints.
3: Basic Computer skills
4: Understand basic manufacturing, mechanics, and fabrication techniques.
Required Characteristics:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work process orders and shipments through our ERP system
- Able to multi-task and be self-motivated
- Love of helping and engaging people. Excels at building customer relationships
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills; including knowing when to ask for help
- Responsible, reliable and punctual
- Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Agriculture, industrial, and/or automotive experience is necessary.
- Must be able to pass a drug test (includes marijuana)
