CREW RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide unparalleled customer service to our clients
- Communicate professionally with crew members, supervisors, and occasionally homeowners
- Take direction and feedback from crew leaders and experienced painters
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Assist experienced painters with prep work, painting, and clean-up on residential job sites
- Learn and apply correct techniques for brush, roller, and spray painting
- Load and unload materials from company vehicles
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Stay on schedule and support the crew in hitting daily and weekly goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- No prior painting experience required – willingness to learn is key
- Home renovation experience is a plus!
- Ability to perform physical labor - including standing, lifting, bending, and climbing ladders
- Punctuality and consistent attendance - must be dependable and show up ready to work
- Comfort working outdoors, in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
HOURS PER WEEK:
40 per week with overtime available

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
