As the Service Director, you will be responsible for the following:
Forecasting monthly objectives for the department and striving to meet those goals
Hiring, training and coaching your service staff
Monitoring and evaluating employee performance
Managing work flow in the shop to maximize technician productivity
Ensuring vehicles are fixed the first time to minimize comebacks
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat and referral business
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
Job Requirements
Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
Integrity is a must!
Technical Automotive Knowledge.
Must have 5 years of automotive management and a proven track record.
