Job Description:
We are looking for reliable Cleaners / Janitorial for one of our clients located in Surprise, AZ/ Good Year
Start: Immediately
Hours : 7am to 5:30 pm Sunday through Saturday 10 hour shifts/ Other shifts available
Job Duties:
Cleaner :
- The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. The assigned area could be an aircraft, building, hospital or other facility.
- Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
- Duties may include cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
- Dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights and blinds, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning windows, restrooms and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties. Must be flexible in other duties as Needed Working in classrooms, restrooms, using cleaning supplies assigned for each task
Floor Tech
- The Floor Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing, and spot cleaning.
- Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
- Willing to complete other duties as assigned. A minimum of 3 months of floor technician experience is required
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass background screening and drug screen
- Must be able to walk/ stand/ lift for majority of shift
- A minimum of 3 months of floor technician experience is required

Cleaner Compensation
Compensation starts at $16.00 to $17.00 per hour . Overtime pay starts at $ 22.50- $24.00
