About the Role:
The Director of Housekeeping is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations within a hospitality or residential facility across the United States. This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction are consistently met through effective management of staff, resources, and processes. The Director will develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and enhance the overall guest experience. They will collaborate closely with other department heads to align housekeeping objectives with broader organizational goals. Ultimately, the Director of Housekeeping plays a critical role in upholding the reputation and quality standards of the establishment by leading a motivated and well-trained housekeeping team.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams and multiple housekeeping operations.

Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation standards.

Familiarity with budgeting, inventory management, and scheduling software.
Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
