Primary Duties-
Build wooden crates by strictly following provided technical blueprints and design requirements.

Utilize various hand and power tools to accurately measure, trim, and join wood components.

Perform thorough inspections of completed crates to verify they meet our high standards for quality and precision.

Keep your workstation tidy and orderly to promote efficiency.

Work alongside colleagues to help the team achieve its daily production targets.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all established safety guidelines.

Support the team by assisting with the handling of materials and tracking inventory levels.
Required Skills and Experience-
Completion of high school or an equivalent educational credential.

Prior background in carpentry or woodworking is highly desirable.

Capability to analyze and understand technical drawings and blueprints.

Skilled in the secure and efficient operation of standard hand and power equipment.
