Just 4 Kids Pediatric Dentistry is a successful pediatric practice dedicated to providing quality care to our patients. We are seeking a Bilingual Pediatric Dental Front Desk Professional to complete our team. We work together daily to provide a quality experience for everyone who walks through our door. We maintain a fun work environment and enjoy each other's company while providing a comfortable atmosphere for our patients and their parents.
We are seeking someone who is friendly, energetic, dependable, detail oriented, and has excellent communication skills. We require someone that has at least 2 years of dental office experience, and is bilingual in English & Spanish. The office hours are currently Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Beginning in July, we wil be adding Fridays from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Compensation will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and parents as they arrive at the dental office
- Scheduling appointments and updating patient records
- Verifying insurance coverage and benefits with DentaQuest
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Maintaining an organized and child-friendly dental office environment
- Assisting with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to parents and children
- Must be bilingual in English & Spanish

The pay rate will be based on experience level.
