Compensation: $19 - $22 an hour based on experience

We are looking for an experienced line cook to set up stations for service and prepare and execute food to chef’s specifications. A successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Responsibilities include:
· Set and stock station with mise en place
· Organize prep station to successfully execute service
· Reporting to chef on duty and carrying out instructions
· Making sure station and storage areas are stocked according to health code
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
· Work with other cooks as a team to achieve excellence during service
· Follow proper food handling and sanitation practices
· Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
· Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen leadership
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· 1 year line cook experience
· Knowledge of proper cooking methods
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Open availability including weekends and holidays
· Reliable transportation
