We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Continuous Improvement Leader who thrives on solving complex business challenges, leading organizational change, and empowering teams to achieve operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Develop and execute McLeod Software's continuous improvement strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities that improve quality, efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead high-impact improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation and long-term sustainability.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, process improvement workshops, and root cause analysis sessions.
Coach & Influence
- Coach leaders and employees on continuous improvement principles, problem-solving techniques, and change management.
- Develop engaging training materials and facilitate workshops that build organizational capability.
- Influence and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority while fostering collaboration across departments.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a service, software, technology, or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable operational improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
- Experience creating executive dashboards and performance metrics using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, logistics, transportation, or other technology-driven environments is a plus.
