Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues with engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension, and other vehicle components.
- Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, vehicle suspension system, transmission, and electrical wiring diagrams interpretation.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to execute repairs.
- Read schematics and automotive wiring diagrams accurately to troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure proper system integration.
- Conduct preventive maintenance services like oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs to keep vehicles running smoothly.
- Document all work performed clearly in auto estimating software while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Experience
- Proven service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and the ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams effectively.
- Hands-on experience with vehicle repair, vehicle suspension system repair,
- Knowledge of automotive electrical system the ability to troubleshoot these advanced features.
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience working with hand tools, power tools, and powertrain components.
- Service technician experience involving automotive software such as Mithell, shop key, Tek Metrics , Identifix, is a plus
- Prior work with light duty diesel engine repair or specialized dealership training is a plus for candidates seeking growth opportunities.

Pay: $25.75 - $37.00 per hour
