Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to oversee manufacturing operations in a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin and possess strong leadership skills to manage daily plant activities, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in manufacturing management, supply chain analytics, and process optimization to contribute to operational excellence and team development.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with daily restaurant operations.
- Oversee opening, closing, and shift handovers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure service standards, food quality, and cleanliness are consistently maintained.
- Coordinate communication between the front of house and back of house to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and unexpected situations while delivering excellent customer service.
- Train, coach, and support new team members through daily on-the-job guidance.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a restaurant Shift Leader or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, dependable, and highly execution-oriented.
- Able to resolve guest concerns and operational issues independently.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Pay: $18.47 - $30.47 per hour
