Merry Maids is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping create an outstanding experience from the first phone call to the completion of their cleaning service.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Schedule residential cleaning appointments and manage daily calendars.
- Provide cleaning estimates and explain services to new and existing customers.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers after service.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Support the office manager with daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with cleaning technicians regarding schedules and customer requests.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Ability to learn scheduling and office management software.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, call center, hospitality, or retail is a plus.
