Our client is a well established National Capital Region firm that specializes in commercial HVAC Projects in excess of $30 million. They are searching for a Director of Pre-Construction Services. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all of the major General Contractors in the region and the business relationships necessary to cultivate projects with them. To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 15 years experience in conceptual estimating and pre-construction services in a Mechanical/HVAC firm. This position also requires an appropriate engineering degree and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A key component of this position will be client relationship development, so excellent interpersonal skills are also required.
