Duties
- Engage with potential and existing clients through warm calling, leveraging your Mandarin language skills to foster trust and rapport
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying market trends, conducting outreach, and establishing strategic partnerships in the B2B (business-to-business) sector
- Lead negotiations to close sales deals, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term client satisfaction
- Manage key accounts by providing ongoing support, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility in Mandarin-speaking markets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, demonstrating solutions, and addressing client questions effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential; proficiency in English is preferred for broader communication
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to develop strategic partnerships and close deals confidently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data
