Job Description
As a Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical care that improves the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities may include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and documenting client care.
Responsibilities
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Assist with meal preparation, hydration, medication reminders, and mobility
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow each client’s individualized care plan
Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment
Qualifications
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers
Reliable transportation preferred
