Local Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator — Get Air Trampoline Parks
The Job
We run six trampoline and adventure parks across Columbus, Dayton, and Cleveland (Get Air and Ninja Citi). If you're outgoing, active, love kids and high-energy fun, and like getting out of the building to make things happen, keep reading!
The Role
You will work with the park GMs to build out the community pipeline for six parks: schools, PTAs and PTOs, daycares, homeschool groups, scout troops, youth sports leagues, churches, camps, and local employers. You do the outreach, book the groups, plan and host the local events, and capture the fun as social content. This job is for someone who can talk with a school principal at 10am, a daycare director at noon, and a gym full of nine-year-olds at 3pm, and genuinely enjoy all three.
What You'll Own
The pipeline:
- Build and work a target list for each park: elementary and middle schools, PTAs/PTOs, daycares and preschools, homeschool co-ops, scout councils, youth sports leagues, churches with youth programs, and local employers.
- Do the outreach: calls, emails, and in-person drop-ins with our kits. Book field trips, daycare and camp visits, homeschool days, spirit and fundraiser nights, group jumps, and team parties, with a focus on weekday daytime hours.
Local events:
- Plan and run the local event calendar with each park's GM: glow nights, lock-ins, school-break camps, homeschool days, toddler takeovers, sensory-friendly sessions - whatever you can dream up!
Social content:
- Capture the groups, events, and community moments you create on your phone, and post local park content on the calendar our marketing partners set.
- Feed your best footage into the brand content library and flag local questions and messages to the right person, same day.
In-park support:
- Keep group and party collateral stocked and current at all six parks; host creator and media visits when they come through.
What Makes You Right for This
- You genuinely like kids and the happy chaos of family fun. You understand what makes a nine-year-old's eyes light up and what makes a parent relax, and you can talk to both.
- You're outgoing, active, and high-energy. Walking into a school office or a chamber lunch and leaving with a name, a date, or a booking sounds fun to you, not scary.
- 1–3 years in sales, community marketing, event coordination, fundraising, or group sales. Or a track record that proves you don't need the years: PTA president, booster club lead, camp counselor turned organizer, nonprofit event chair. Tell us what you built.
- Organized to a fault: six parks, dozens of open conversations, zero dropped balls.
- Good phone-camera instincts - you'll capture real moments worth posting.
- A reliable car and willing to travel around Columbus and occasionally Dayton and Cleveland. Some evenings and Saturdays around events, because that's when parks are alive.
- Bonus points: teaching, coaching, or camp background; existing school or community relationships in Columbus, Dayton, or Cleveland; group sales experience; bilingual.
Pay, Perks, Logistics
- $45,000–$55,000 base depending on experience, plus a quarterly bonus tied to the group and event revenue you book. Strong performers should clear $60,000+ all-in.
- Free family membership at all six parks
- Based in the Columbus area
- Reports directly to ownership and works daily with park GMs.
