Sip n Smash is a fast-paced smash burger restaurant serving fresh, made-to-order burgers, fries, hand-spun milkshakes, and donuts. We're looking for hardworking, dependable team members who take pride in quality, cleanliness, and working together.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Sip n Smash recipes and standards.
- Operate the flat top grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely.
- Maintain speed and accuracy during busy meal periods.
- Prep ingredients and restock stations throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
- Work as a team to ensure every guest receives fresh, high-quality food.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or line cook experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
