Job Summary
We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to patient care, with extensive experience across various clinical settings. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing services, supporting patient recovery, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for diverse populations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare environments, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and home health settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing routine assessments with precision and compassion.
- Assist with complex medical procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, and wound care
- Document patient information accurately uncommunication across care teams.
- Manage specialized care for patients with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or those requiring memory or behavioral health support.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols to safeguard patient confidentiality and safety.
- Assist in and patient education to promote ongoing health management at home or in community settings.Requirements
- Valid LPN license with current licensure in the applicable state or region.
- Experience with critical care procedures including ventilator management, airway management, and acute pain management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays is highly desirable.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
