Job Summary
Crossfield Funding is a direct MCA funder seeking an experienced MCA Broker to join our Brooklyn office. This is a full-time, phone-based sales position focused on working directly with business owners and taking funding opportunities from initial contact through closing.
The Role
You will work with company-provided merchant leads, make outbound calls, qualify business owners seeking capital, collect applications and bank statements, build and manage your pipeline, present funding options, negotiate terms and maintain consistent follow-up through funding.
Crossfield will directly fund transactions that meet our underwriting criteria. For transactions outside our funding box, you will be responsible for working with outside funding partners to secure the appropriate financing option and continue managing the merchant through closing.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced MCA professional with strong phone, communication and closing skills. You should understand the complete MCA sales process, including merchant qualification, bank statements, existing positions, submissions, funder guidelines, deal placement, stipulations and closing.
This is a production-focused role for someone who can independently manage merchant relationships and a high-volume pipeline. Prior MCA brokerage experience is required.
What We Offer
Crossfield provides consistent merchant lead flow, direct access to our underwriting and funding team, outside funding relationships, operational support and the tools necessary to manage and close transactions.
Compensation includes a $50,000–$70,000 base salary, based on experience, plus uncapped commission on funded transactions.

Full-time, Monday through Friday. In-office position in Brooklyn, NY. 11210
