Experienced Dental Hygienist (RDH) (1+ years of experience)
Due to the upcoming retirement of a long-term team member, we are seeking an experienced (1+ years preferred) Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our practice.
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who genuinely enjoy working together - most of our employees have been with us for over 5 years. We foster a respectful, supportive workplace where expectations are clear, teamwork is valued, and patients always come first.
We're looking for a hygienist who:
· Has current Illinois RDH licensure with at least one year of experience
· Stable work history
· Is comfortable working with patients of all ages, including very young children
· Values consistency, organization, and professionalism
· Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients
· Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team
· Takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care
