Key Responsibilities:
Prepare menu items ensuring every plate meets our quality standards.
Operate efficiently within a team-oriented kitchen environment.
Safely operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, slicers, and prep tools).
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with DOH standards.
Execute opening and closing duties to ensure the kitchen is set up for success.
Communicate clearly with front-of-house and back-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
Manage prep work and handle simultaneous orders with composure.
Maintain strict food safety protocols, including completing regular food temperature checks.
Complete daily prep and keep your station fully stocked throughout the shift.
Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Nights and weekends availability required.
