At Scenthound, we're on a mission to keep dogs clean, healthy, and happy through routine wellness care. We're looking for energetic, customer-focused team members who want to work with dogs AND pet parents.
This is a unique hybrid role that combines dog bathing and wellness services with front desk sales and customer experience responsibilities. You'll spend part of your day caring for dogs and part of your day educating pet parents, booking appointments, and growing memberships.

What You'll DoDog Wellness Services
- Perform Scenthound's Basic Hygiene services including:
- Bathing
- Ear cleaning
- Teeth brushing
- Nail trimming and grinding
- Complete thorough SCENT Checks on every dog
- Safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- Recommend wellness services based on each dog's needs
- Maintain bathing room cleanliness and safety standards
- Ensure every dog leaves clean, healthy, and happy
Customer Experience & Membership Sales
- Welcome members and guests during check-in and check-out
- Educate pet parents on Scenthound's wellness-focused approach
- Recommend memberships, upgrades, and retail products
- Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars
- Follow up with leads and trial visits
- Help retain existing members through exceptional customer service
- Support membership growth goals

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
