As a Field Technician, you will drive a company vehicle to service Coinstar kiosks within an assigned territory. This includes preventative and second-line maintenance including electromechanical troubleshooting, calibration, repair, and replace worn parts using small tools and diagnostic utility to ensure kiosks stay properly functioning. You will plan and schedule your days by effectively prioritizing routes and making adjustments to rapidly changing priorities.
Successful candidates will have:
- 1+ years of Field Service experience.
- Experience troubleshooting & repair of computers, electronics, or electromechanical devices.
- Valid Driver’s License & Satisfactory Driving Record
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Organization & Time management skills
- High School Diploma or GED
Pay & Benefits:
The starting pay range for this position is between $22.00-$25.00 per hour. Within the range for the applicable geographic area, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Short-Term bonus incentives are a part of the total compensation package and are based on Company and Individual performance.
