Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Staffing Agency Supervisor to oversee field employees, ensure smooth operations at job sites, and serve as a vital communication link between management and workers. This position requires fluent bilingual skills in Spanish and English, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capability to address issues effectively and professionally. Day or Night shift work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular job site visits to check on employee attendance, performance, and overall job satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees, responding to questions, needs, and concerns.
- Ensure workers are following job site procedures, maintaining productivity, and complying with safety standards.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both employees and client-site managers to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts.
- Report on-site conditions, worker performance, and any issues to staffing agency management.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching, feedback, or support to employees as needed.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff on-site.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) — this is essential.
- Previous experience in staffing, supervision, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if travel between job sites is necessary).
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
