```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in sheet metal, soldering, welding, and auto painting. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Repair and replace damaged parts such as bumpers, fenders, and doors
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix paint colors to match vehicle specifications
- Apply paint using various techniques including spraying and brushing
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete repairs
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure repairs meet industry standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools
- Proficient in sheet metal work, soldering, welding, and auto painting
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in auto body repair
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
