Queen City Bistro is seeking a reliable, motivated person to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on position in a structured, standards-driven kitchen where consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork matter. What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: $16.00–$17.50 starting, based on experience
Raises are earned by demonstrating consistent reliability, adherence to standards, and strong work habits, as well as interest in mastering new stations. Salad line cross training will offer more opportunities for raises and hours.

Work-Life Balance: Tuesday–Saturday schedule
Shifts begin between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM
Shifts end between 9:15 PM and 10:45 PM
Sundays & Mondays always off
Flexible Options: Full-time and part-time positions available. The ideal candidate will be looking for 3-4 shifts a week, roughly 20-30 hours. If more hours are desired, adding prep skills and salad line skills will open options for added hours.
What We’re Looking For:
Some prior kitchen experience preferred; but reliability, coachability, and a strong work ethic are essential
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and manage time well
Respect for systems, cleanliness, and consistency
Punctuality and dependable attendance — being able to be counted on is a core expectation
Responsibilities
Clean all dishes thoroughly & efficiently
Assist with food prep as directed
Help with kitchen cleanup & closing — this is a team operation
Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout service and close
