Position:
Norm’s Bargain Barn is currently in need of a full-time Sales/Warehouse Associate at its Shiloh, IL, location.
No experience necessary. Ideal candidate will have an interest in building materials, construction, and home improvement. Must be friendly, outgoing and dependable.
Candidate will be assisting customers in a showroom/warehouse environment selling windows, doors and cabinetry.
Additional duties include loading/unloading materials, stocking warehouse inventory, and general warehousing duties.
Pay: $22.00 / per hour base + Commission (Up to $25.00 / per hour or more)

Requirements:
· Background in sales and/or cabinetry, window, door, lumberyard, home center sales, carpentry or construction experience helpful but not necessary – willing to train the right candidate.
· Warehousing and forklift experience desired.
· Experience reading blueprints and preparing estimates a plus.
· Proficient with MS Office and Outlook.
· Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
· Must have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs., and be willing to load sold materials for customers.
· Must be available to work 5 days per week (off on Sunday and one weekday).
