Join our team as a barback! We are seeking a diligent and service-driven individual to assist in our restaurant's support roles. Prior experience is a plus, but not required. Barbacking is an opportunity for those interested in the restaurant industry to passively acquire the skills for serving and bartending. A candidate should be able to work weekends and late nights.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a clean and organized working environment
- Assisting bartenders in the maintenance of the bar area before, during, and after service
- Prepping and restocking ingredients for the bar
- Putting away deliveries of liquor and wine
- Polishing glassware and maintaining a flow of supplies
- Competent and accurate delivery of food to guests
- Greeting and relating with guests pleasantly
Requirements:
- Ability to commute to and from work
- Ability to work late nights
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
