Aggregate Equipment Manufacturer looking for a Customer Service Representative. Mechanical background strongly preferred. Fast paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Field all requests for quotations calls
- Provide customers with quotations to include price and lead time
- Work with other departments on the priority of sales order to ensure that the most important projects is getting the attention that is required
- Complete all required documents and estimates requirements upon customer request
- Working in Restoration to ensure any customer complaints are being addressed and product improvement continues to be a priority
- Attend customer meetings as necessary
- Do the daily tasks t
- Work with the HR and Admin Manager
Weekly
- Ensure all tasks with any priority
- Spot check to ensure proper inventory is being kept on critical items
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well as a member of the team
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and when it's slow.
- Minimum 2+years solid work experience in this role or similar role, strongly prefer someone that has worked in a manufacturing/restoration environment in this role.
