What You'll Do
- Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are properly sterilized
- Take and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Work closely with teammates to keep the schedule running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required)
- Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Friendly, positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
