We are seeking a skilled and reliable Supers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and customer service. As a Super, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that ensure the functionality and safety of residential properties.
Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues and ensure proper functionality.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients, addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform minor renovations and installations, ensuring all work meets safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Experience
- Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred.
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites as this is not a live-in super position.
