Support Technician - Manufacturing Warehouse
The Support Technician is responsible for providing operational support within a manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role assists with inventory management, material handling, production support, equipment operation, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products.

Support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations.

Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and supplies.

Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.

Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.

Transport materials between warehouse and production areas.

Prepare materials and supplies for production runs.

Operate material handling equipment as authorized.

Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and labeling activities.

Complete documentation and data entry in WMS or ERP systems.

High school diploma or GED required.

1+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach, and climb as needed.

Forklift certification preferred.

Experience with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.

Manufacturing and warehouse environment. May require overtime, weekends, or shift work based on business needs. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
