Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and meet guest preferences.
- Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and inventory tracking.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations; handle food and beverages responsibly.
- Manage bar stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with inventory counts to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems while practicing proper cash handling procedures.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and brewing processes.
- Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order management.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor; ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Experience in fine dining environments or upscale hospitality settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to develop innovative beverage recipes that appeal to a wide range of tastes.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling practices, and basic math for accurate measurements and cash handling.
- Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus; familiarity with banquet or catering service is beneficial.

Pay: $7.25 - $8.25 per hour
