$22-25 an Hour (more depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
-
Ability to expertly pour, level & smooth concrete using a rake, trowel, float and screed (both handheld and power tool versions) on a variety of surfaces including roads, sidewalks, curbs & floors
-
Read blueprints
-
Setting forms that hold concrete in place
-
Cleaning & inspecting surfaces for pouring issues
-
Cut & lay joints out on concrete
-
Use & work around heavy equipment
-
Monitor & understand the effects of the weather on the curing process
-
Apply sealing & hardening components
-
Mold & construct expansion joints using joiners & edging tools
-
Knowledge of handheld & power tools including but not limited to:
-
Power vibrator
-
Cutting saws
-
Concrete hand tools
-
Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including but not limited to:
-
Safety glasses
-
Work boots (steel or composite toe)

Respiratory masks
-
Hearing protection
Physical requirements including but not limited to:

Ability to stand and kneel for extended periods

Ability to lift over 30 lbs.

Ability to work 40+ hours a week in an outside environment
