Our Oak Lawn Mazda location is looking for Sales Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your sales skills and sales expertise to connect with clients, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build lasting relationships with customers and contribute to the overall success of our dealership
What You’ll Do
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Negotiate and close deals while delivering a top-tier experience
- Generate new business through outreach and community engagement
- Maintain relationships and drive repeat business
- Track leads and sales activity using CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
- CRM experience (Tekion or similar is a plus)
