We're growing and are looking for a compassionate, confident Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. We have both part-time and per diem opportunities available.

Position Overview
This position is designed for clinicians who enjoy caring for children in a fast-paced urgent care setting while working closely with experienced pediatricians.
Typical shifts are afternoon and evening overlap coverage during our busiest hours. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating common pediatric urgent care conditions, performing procedures within scope of practice, educating families, and collaborating closely with the supervising pediatrician.
Qualifications
- Current California PA or NP license
- NCCPA certification (PA) or national NP certification
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- BLS and PALS certification
- Pediatric urgent care, pediatric emergency, or pediatric primary care experience preferred
- Comfortable performing common pediatric procedures including laceration repair, splinting, incision and drainage, foreign body removal, and wound care (training available for the right candidate)

Schedule
Part-Time
- Flexible recurring schedule
- Afternoon/evening overlap shifts
- Approximately 18–30 hours per week depending on availability
Per Diem
- Flexible, as-needed coverage
- Ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income
- Opportunities for additional shifts during respiratory season, holidays, and physician vacations
