As you work as a volunteer services coordinator supporting the recruitment & training of volunteers and development of volunteer programs and events, you make a difference in the lives of those we touch. Responsibilities:
- The Volunteer Services Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, directing, evaluating, coordinating and administering volunteer resources.

Develops partnerships with Volunteer Services and the community, employees, patients, patient’s families and residents.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years previous experience in related field required.
- Prior supervisory experience, prior hospital experience, and prior experiences in a 503(c) organization preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions
