Complete Access Control has been providing innovative security, networking, and access control solutions since 2006. We are a turnkey metal fabrication company and full-service low voltage integrator serving commercial, multifamily, industrial, and residential clients throughout Florida.
We are seeking a motivated Low Voltage Technology Service Technician I, II, & III with experience in access control, CCTV, gate automation, networking, or related technologies. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional development, certification reimbursement, overtime, and career advancement.
Schedule
- 4-day or 5-day workweek options available (Monday–Friday)
- Overtime opportunities available for qualified candidates
- Full-time position
Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and maintain access control systems
- Install and support CCTV/video surveillance systems
- Configure and troubleshoot IP networks and connected devices
- Service gate operators and automated entry systems
- Install and terminate low-voltage cabling
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and customer training
- Document service activities and communicate findings with customers and management
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer-facing attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the following:
- Access Control
- CCTV/Video Surveillance
- Gate Automation
- Audio Video
- Data - WiFi
- Networking
- Fiber Optic
Additional Skills a Plus
- Experience terminating and troubleshooting Cat5e/Cat6 cabling
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Experience with single-mode and multi-mode fiber
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
