Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manger to join our team. The ideal candidate will have several years of proven dealership finance experience and a strong understanding of lender relationships, compliance, and dealership operations. This individual must be highly organized, customer-focused, professional, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment while delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.
Duties
- Structure and secure financing for new, used, and luxury vehicle sales.
- Book and fund deals accurately and in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions.
- Ensure all deal paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Present finance products and extended protection options to customers.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the delivery finance process.
- Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Follow all dealership policies, lender guidelines, and state/federal regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional appearance at all times.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of Automotive Finance Manger experience.
- Proficiency with CDK, Eleads, RouteOne, DealerTrack, and AVRS (or comparable dealership software)
- Excellent communication, negotiations, and customer service skills.
- Detail oriented with outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance and conduct is required.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
