- Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and maintaining a professional reception area.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—and ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management and coordinating appointments.
Skills
- Proven experience with office management, administrative support, or clerical roles.
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to proofread documents carefully.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and fax machines; technical proficiency is essential for troubleshooting basic issues.
